At Zeloravianex, we select and curate ergonomic pet beds, cozy heated mats, and comfort sleep furniture to ensure your dogs and cats enjoy a restful sleep experience. This Shipping Policy details our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and terms to ensure a transparent shopping experience.
We currently deliver exclusively to physical addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other off-shore United States territories.
Due to standard carrier routing restrictions, technical address verification limitations, and package tracking constraints, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We apologize for this limitation and are actively working with our logistics partners to find viable routing and verification solutions to support our military customers in the future.
We offer transparent and straightforward shipping fees based on your order total:
Orders of $80.00 and over: Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Orders under $80.00: A flat shipping rate of $9.80 is charged at checkout.
All sales prices listed on our store include standard taxes. Aside from the explicit shipping fees detailed above, there are absolutely no handling fees, fuel surcharges, packaging fees, or hidden costs applied at checkout.

Our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM CST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Please note that standard order processing and transit occur only on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and major Federal holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent. Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s tracking system.
To ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own unique tracking number at no additional cost to you.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Zeloravianex is not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to address errors made during purchase.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local carrier office. In such events, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the flagged delivery date. While the carrier holds final routing accountability, our support team will actively assist you in initiating a formal investigation with the carrier to help resolve the missing package claim.
If your package arrives damaged, please report the issue to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim or replacement, please email service@zeloravianex.com with your order number, clear photographs of the damaged product, and photographs of the external shipping packaging.
